RETURN POLICY
Need to make a return? Click the "Make A Return" link on the bottom of the webpage. Read carefully and follow the directions given to make the return. Please be advised refunds are not available at this time, but store credit only. All items must be returned within 7 days from the day the item is received.  Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, smell of fragrances and smoke.

  • Books / Digital downloads
Return, Need To Know!
  • Customers are solely responsible for shipping fees to send their order back. We do not provide return labels.  
  • Only one return per order allowed. Once you have received your store credit and purchased your desired items, those items will be deemed non-returnable.
  • Please include original invoice/order confirmation. Once your item(s) are returned and approved you will receive a Heavenly Designed gift card with your credit amount. You are to use said gift card to purchase your desired item(s).

Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled for any reason.

No, we do not charge our customers restocking.

Once the return is received, inspected, and approved by our returns department your store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.

All orders are processed, and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner if "Express Shipping" option is selected. In the case of "Express Shipping" your order will be shipped the same day.
